7-day easy return on most items. Certain categories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch, with a full refund credited within 3–5 business days.
Return Window
7 days from the delivery date for eligible items. Item must be unused, in original packaging with all seals intact.
Non-returnable Items
Consumables (opened supplements, food), personal-care products with broken seals, and doctor-prescribed items cannot be returned.
Refund Timeline
Once pickup is complete and QC-verified, refunds hit your source account in 5–7 business days.
